Q. When will my order ship?
PRE-ORDERS (summer 2025): We aim to ship bundles and packages after production ends. The current estimate for shipping will be fall 2025; however, please note this timeline is subject to change.
LEFTOVERS: Leftovers will be shipped within a week of purchase. Digital Bundles will be sent when tracking numbers are generated.
Q. When will I receive my order?
Orders will ship after production ends. Below are estimates for shipping length:
- Domestic orders (within US): Delivery in 3-9 business days.
- International orders: Delivery in 2-9 weeks.
Q. Where are you shipping from?
We are shipping from the US.
Q. Do you ship to my country?
A general rule of thumb is: if USPS cannot accept packages to your country, then we cannot ship it. Below are the current countries that USPS cannot deliver to:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Brunei Darussalam
- Gaza Strip
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Niue
- Russian Federation
- South Sudan
- Tajikistan
- Ukraine
- Yemen
Q. Do you ship to the UK/EU?
Yes! However please note that you will be responsible for VAT or taxation.
Q. What currency are products in?
All prices are in USD.
Q. What happens if my package is either lost or damaged?
All packages will come with tracking. We are not liable for any damage or lost packages during transit.
Q. Why does the billed email address not say "Themis Zine?"
It is common for zines to use their Finance Mod's business Paypal email instead of the zine's email. This is due to the restrictions and policies PayPal has; a person may not hold more than one business PayPal account.
Q. I'm concerned about my payment and that I won't receive my bundle because of recent events in different zines.
We understand your concern! We also acknowledge that trust is a very large part between us (the mod team) and you (the customer). Rest assured that we are committed to being transparent and will be releasing a public finance sheet once the zine is over. Additionally, contributors have access to the current finance sheet - both projected and actual purchases.
